Counseling Services

Counseling services and spiritual direction are available to those who seek a spiritual approach to their life challenges. In general, you will find an NCM Minister offers you a quality of attention, inquiry and listening that allows you to discover your own deepest intelligence about your life. We find that this can be very supportive and healing to individuals in times of distress and/or transformation.

Note: While at times we might address with client certain topics also dealt with in traditional psychotherapy, we are not psychotherapists. We may elect not to work with you if you are taking certain kinds of medication or have had serious mental difficulties. We will provide you with referrals to appropriate mental health professionals.

NCM Ministers are available for individual counseling on a fee for service basis, usually between $50 and $100/hour. NCM Ministers vary in their level of training and the type of counseling offered. We suggest that you speak directly with individual ministers before deciding who you would like to work with. Phone sessions are available for those at a distance.
